This position requires familiarity with image production for the web.
The ideal candidate must balance attention to detail with fast-paced production for a multitude of sites.
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years of digital image production experience, with an emphasis on web/interactive work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Design and Production teams with preparation of web-ready assets from design to launch
- Retouch and color correct images for in-house studio photography as well existing client photography
- Support creative process with design and production abilities
- Assist in creation of style guides for internal and client usage
- Organize digital files and assets
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Mac OS X-based software using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat; Experience in MS Office and basic understanding of web design is a plus
- Strong grasp of image optimization and production processes. Above all, Photoshop skills must be top-knotch. Understanding of Actions, Batch Processing, and Color Management are key.
- Willingness to work cooperatively on a team, as well as to learn new skills on the job
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines and schedules
